Another access point is a rock near the dancing figure in Dusting Fields, past the fight with Bouncer. To get to the right bird, use fast travel 2 and walk down a few steps, then go right and you'll see it. Go under the stump, pres up into it and then simultaneously hold down up and right and after a few seconds and you will glitch out.
